I’m enjoying “Mistress by Mistake” right now on my Nook – a darned fine read!
Thanks for the reccies, off to do more reading!
:D
Mistress by Mistake is also free on Kindle right now.
If you don’t have a Kindle, there’s Kindle for PC as well, so it’s worth grabbing a free book.
I don’t want to turn this into all about me (oh, who am I kidding?), but Mistress by Mistake is also free on Sony Reader. It was free on nook, but no longer. The free downloads end tonight, I believe, although Sony was a day late posting, so who knows? The links are on my blog.
I can’t thank you enough for including my book on this great list! I’m reading Nothing but Trouble right now.
okay, I can kind breathe now….some
I found Wicked Becomes You to be very enjoyable.
I enjoyed Savor the Moment by Nora Roberts; her “groups of heroines” series are favorites of mine, and it’s nice to enjoy her straight contemporary writing, without the paranormal or suspense elements. (Not that I mind those, necessarily, but she writes fun books without them.)
I’m also really enjoying another contemporary romance, How to Knit a Love Song by Rachael Herron. I hunted it down b/c I met Rachael socially and wanted to read her book; if I hadn’t been looking I wouldn’t have found it, since Borders has it shelved with literary fiction, not romance. I’ve been assured that it has a happy romantic ending, and I really like the writing and characters so far.
