I read Jana Deleon’s two earlier books, Unlucky and Rumble on the Bayou. Both were good I’d say in the B- range. They are not a series.
Has anybody read Trouble in Mudbug? I thought about getting it, but I’m not a fan of ghosts and I’m not sure if the romance has a resolution as it’s the start of a series.
Hi guys,
Each book in the Ghost-in-Law series has a different hero/heroine with a happily ever after. It’s more of a “related” set of books than a series in that the main characters do change every book. The secondary characters and the town are what remain the same. Also, I am not a hard-core paranormal junkie myself so I think you will find that the ghost is not a problem. She seems to blend right into the story and except for her unique abilities, she’s just another character.
Have a great weekend!
Jana DeLeon
@Jana DeLeon: Thanks! I always like to know an author’s HEA philosophy beforehand.
I read the 1st chapter of The Madness of Lord Ian Mackenzie
by Jennifer Ashley on the author’s site so I’ll be adding that to my order. I wouldn’t be if I was going by the blurb that’s on the Dorchester site.
Just sayin’… or complaining, whichever… but that blurb tells nothing about the hero having a form of Asberger’s syndrome which made me interested in pre-ordering the book in the first place.
I’m sale-addicted so thank you for the excellent offer of ten dollars off.
Vexing the Viscount was AWESOME and highly recommend!!!
Could folks give more recommendations that would entice me to use this discount? TIA!
