If you are a reader, blogger, author, editor, publicist, etc. and want to share a top ten list, send it to jane at dearauthor.com with “Top Ten” in the subject line.
I loves a lot of those books! Will have to check out the others. Grant and Asaro and Barry are old faves and Aguirre, as well as Kenin are new faves.
And who do we have to kill to bring back the Shomi line and get another Eve Kenin book!!??!!
Keep spreadin’ the good word, Heather!
I’ve read all those but 1.5. Which means I have a book to finish and one to find!
I have most of these, but some of them are on my TBR pile. This post makes me want to go read! and I’m stuck here at work! :(
@Jane Happy reading! Karin Shah did some fun things with STARJACKED. I love me some grrl space pirate action.
@Edie Re: Kenin book *I know*.
@Kimber An If someone ever tries to stop me, it won’t be a pretty sight. :P
Jody, you are an SFR reading machine! Marry me.
Please, please, can you review STARJACKED? It sounds interesting and I’d love to know what you think of it.
I haven’t read all the books on the list, but the ones I have I give a resounding second to!
I love Unmasked – and did you know after a long absence she is coming back with another SciFi/Futuristic, Body Master? I can hardly wait!
Beyond the Rain – loved it and I’m anxiously waiting the next one, Cyn’s book.
Contact – yep, loved it. Although I think my favourite Susan Grant books is Moonstruck. She has a new one in the Borderlord series coming out soon too :-)
Driven – Alas, I don’t know if there are any more of this series planned or not. I surely hope so as I loved the both.
Hope’s Folly – I haven actually read this one yet, but I’ve loved the other ones I’ve read by Linnea Sinclair. And the main reason I haven’t read it is that it’s *ah* temporarily misplaced. *sigh*
And Heather – don’t know if you’ve read them, but I love the Joss Ware post-apocalyptic books.
@KristieJ: Count me in as a “Contact” fan too.
@Kristie J Cool because I just finished Gayle Ann Williams’ TSUNAMI BLUE and I’m in the mood for more post-apocalyptic right now. Will check out Joss Ware’s books fer sure.
This is a good list, Heather.
I agree with Krtistie too. If you are in the mood for post-apocalyptic, then the Joss Ware books are the way to go.
Thanks, Kaye! And all the credit goes to the authors for writing such engaging stories.
