The bailiff is a deputy not the Sheriff. That makes sense. Unfortunately the sample ended before the judge made his appearance. And I should be ashamed writing this-- but I checked and deputies in North Caroline aren't allowed full beards except those working undercover and having a medical exemption. At the very least, it makes me wonder who acts as bailiff if the sheriff has to testify in a criminal matter. I'm not sure that they've ever worked together. But the bailiff/sheriff has worked with both the judge and the attorney and is having sex with the attorney.
