Right. Miranda proved that in the novel). I love books on food, and found a lot of familiar things in that book, not just from reading "Kitchen Confidential" and "Heat" but also from having hung out with waiters and chefs back in my customer service hell days. And I loved that the secondary romance was a gay couple, I've been waiting for romance to get with the times on that one since I started reading the genre.
