I'm not sure if it still is, but last week Brooks's title was $2.85 at eHarlequin.

I really, really enjoyed the Brooks book (title aside, sigh). What's funny about Brooks, too, is that although I usually prefer a hotter read, I don't even miss the love scenes. There's almost always tension, and the emotional resolution is satisfying -- so even though the bedroom door is closed (or cracked open only enough to allow a peek), nothing seems left out.

I'll have to check out the Shalvis -- I've enjoyed almost all of her other titles.

The Billionaire Boss's Secretary Bride is the Platonic ideal of a title. I'm only sorry I didn't think of it first.

Just in time! I've been wanting to read a category Romance, but had no idea what to try. I just picked up the Brooks at Fictionwise for less than four bucks.
