Sarah, the first book is rather lovely, isn't it? I just checked her website and as of now, there's no listing of a third book but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we haven't read the last of Penny and Jeremy quite yet.

I loooved the first book!! I had no idea that there was sequel-definitley a rather awesome surprise! C.A. Belmond, you’re on my top 5 list-I look forward to reading this book and all of the others that will (hopefully) come after!!! Yaaahoo!

LOL. It mirrors the cover for the first book “A Rather Lovely Inheritance.” I guess now that you mention it, it is tame – no heaving bosoms, bare chests, or main characters on the run with guns drawn. But then the book is a quieter style. I had mentioned in my first review that “ARLI” reminds me a bit of the old Mary Stewart romance/mysteries. “ARLE” does as well. There aren’t any dead bodies littering the story or murders being solved here.

I log on for the reviews, and if I like the book, I go for it. This book cover is such a turn off, even though one should’t judge a book by it’s cover, I am afraid I am judging. It’s like coming face to face with an eighties hairstyle in 2008.
