For readers, she’s giving away a TON of stuff today including ARCs of May books.  Jane is a long time romance reader whose passion is, you guessed it, reading. Jane also does not like to talk about herself in the third person, but apparently this is the way that this biography thing works (although in a true biography, someone else would be writing this blurb). Anyway, currently Jane loves urban fantasy authors Patricia Briggs and Ilona Andrews. She's really excited about this year's crop of historicals including Joanna Bourne's The Spymaster's Lady and Sherry Thomas' Private Arrangements and the upcoming Loretta Chase Her Scandalous Ways.
She's looking for a good contemporary author. Email her with a recommendation!

A couple of weeks ago, the news came down that the PW Tech blog was being put on hold. I wondered what that meant for romance blogger, Barbara Vey. She’s having a one year anniversary and will be off to a conference to talk about blogging for PW. I suggest that if you like her blog, you drop a note today on her post to show folks that having a romance blog on a trade site like PW is worthwhile.

What was the reasoning for this decision? Because lack of popularity can’t have been one of them. BTW: love the logo!
