Dear Author’s Harlequin Name
By Jane • Feb 25th, 2008 • Category: Misc • •
Dear Author is going with The Billionaire’s Secret Babes for our Harlequin reading challenge group name. Robin picked it so we are giving away two GCs to random commenters from the previous post. Ann Bruce and Whey are the winners of our Fictionwise GCs. Please send me an email with the email address where you want the GC sent.
To participate in the reading challenge as part of the Dear Author group, just put “The Billionaire’s Secret Babes” in the “tags” area. I’ll pull off any review tagged with that title and post them here at Dear Author as well, on a separate page. This coming Sunday, I’ll post a picture by picture “how to” to help you sign up, post, and correctly tag a review.
Here are the rules:
- You must sign up for an account at Harlequin.
- One half of the books you read/blog about must be Harlequin books.
- The books, both the Harlequin books and books by other publishers, can be of any publication date.
- You can review/blog about a book no matter the format: e-format, audio format, printed format.
Thanks for participating. Drop a comment if you have any questions.
Jane is a long time romance reader whose passion is, you guessed it, reading. Jane also does not like to talk about herself in the third person, but apparently this is the way that this biography thing works (although in a true biography, someone else would be writing this blurb). Anyway, currently Jane loves urban fantasy authors Patricia Briggs and Ilona Andrews. She's really excited about this year's crop of historicals including Joanna Bourne's The Spymaster's Lady and Sherry Thomas' Private Arrangements and the upcoming Loretta Chase Her Scandalous Ways.
She's looking for a good contemporary author. Email her with a recommendation!

Hi ladies, or The Billionaire’s Secret Babes (TBSB’s for short :-)
Jayne from the eHarlequin.com community here. I just want to clarify that we ask for a minimum of 50% of the books be Harlequin/Silhouette. If you choose to read/blog from our imprints exclusively, more power to you!
Cheers, and thanks SO much for your support, I look forward to reading your reviews and following your progress.

Hi DR folks, I’ve joined up and started adding reviews, but my forte is not romance books. I will be buying some Harlequins specifically for this challenge, but I know I might not make that 50% Since it’s a team effort do other members of the team reading/reviewing more than 50% Harlequins make up for this or does each member need to read 50% Harlequins?
So.. I have already reviewed some Luna books over in my reading blog. Is it kosher to put those reviews over in the 10,000 book challenge? This is what I want to know. Cause there aren’t many Luna book reviews over there. Otherwise I have a Nalini Singh category romance on my TBR pile.
so I was away the other week — did this step by step thing get posted? I didn’t see it and haven’t seen any TBSB’s on the Challenge Site - what happened?
