I'd agree with reviews I've seen stating it's just about as good as season 1. Looking back, I realize I didn't add concrete dates and times in my review. It takes place in a hill town just south of Hadrian's Wall in what is modern Corbridge around the year 200 AD. So yeah, Octavian is dead and Atia is toast.
