I was reading MSNBC in my feedreader when I came across the above picture of Mariah Carey in her Tribeca triplex penthouse dressing room. The article was about how nice Carey was and how the diva bit is all an act and yadda yadda yadda, but I could not get past that the dressing room looked like a Barbie playset complete with the tufted gilt lounge chair and 30 pairs of plastic high heels (sold in the MBP accessory pack which also includes bottle of water and cell phone, faux gold of course).
I love it. I tried to make our bedroom like that, but Dh wouldn’t let me.
I’m all about the pink fru fru stuff. Love it.
…and most of her clothes seem to be pink
[shudder]
I really hate chandeliers. I just don’t get why American celebs love them so much.
Makes me cringe. I’m more dark woods and dark colors.
She’s got the cash to afford a triplex in Manhattan, but she can’t afford a shoe tree or other shoe storage container? Really?
