Um, what is a Quill–and who awards it? Guess I need to Google it but do I detect yet another award in which the public are startlingling uninvolved / uninterested?

The Quills are awards given by Publishers Weekly and actually have a huge voting body. It’s getting a nomination that’s tough.

Didn’t they change it so we can only vote for the best book, not all the categories?
