Since I quite enjoyed DLD, except for that “I love you” from JT that came out of absolutely nowhere, I think I’ll love this one, too.

So, Janet, is there a poorly placed declaration of love in AatH that I need to watch out for?

I absolutely cannot wait for this book. But then, I loved Don’t Look Down so if this is that much better, I might have to stalk the bookstore until it comes in.

I was waiting for a review of AGNES AND THE HITMAN–and damn! It sounds exactly like the kind of fun and games I love in a book.
It’s now officially on my buy list–and I don’t even like pecans.

Also a question for you: was the reappearance of the money explained to your satisfaction? I didn’t put it in the review, and obviously we’re supposed to know whose story to disbelieve, but that was one part of the mystery that seemed resolved without certain critical questions answered for me (like why hadn’t it been spent, where was it all that time?). I can’t say much more without spoiling, but I wondered if it was simply that I was reading an ARC and something hadn’t yet been filled in there.
