I’ve never read Howell before, but when I searched her name, she had several (maybe 15?) books on the USA Today list. None in the top 50 but she was there. Alot. So dunno what the appeal is but I am kind of interested.

Hannah Howell’s, Highland Savage, remains on the list at No. 99 after three weeks making me wonder if I shouldn’t read it.

How can you resist with a title like that? Highland + Savage = marriage of two of Romancelandia’s most powerful stereotypes. You don’t even need a virgin secretary or a secret baby to sell that one.
