Non Sequitur of the Week: Vampires in Space

Romance? Paranormal? You be the judge.

JaneJane is a long time romance reader whose passion is, you guessed it, reading. Jane also does not like to talk about herself in the third person, but apparently this is the way that this biography thing works (although in a true biography, someone else would be writing this blurb). Anyway, currently Jane loves urban fantasy authors Patricia Briggs and Ilona Andrews. She's really excited about this year's crop of historicals including Joanna Bourne's The Spymaster's Lady and Sherry Thomas' Private Arrangements and the upcoming Loretta Chase Her Scandalous Ways. She's looking for a good contemporary author. Email her with a recommendation! Email this author | All posts by Jane

Comedy? She’s a brilliant actress. Did you see her eyes well up? I would have been laughing my rear off had some bulbous headed freak come at me looking like that.

Okay that was just weird LOL

I remember this episode! Hee. It was great.

God, I had such a crush on Buck Rogers.

I wonder why none of the paranormal romances out there describe the hero as looking like this??? LOL!

That is not paranormal, that’s “abnormal romance”! Tweaky Tweaky…

I really dig the rainbow patch on his sleeve. And the female impersonator doing her voice-over once she’s transformed. That is some romantic stuff right there.

Ohmigod I remember that episode too!!

I was about 10 at the time, probably, and I couldn’t sleep with my neck exposed for the next decade!

I loved me some Buck Rodgers back in the day. It’s too hilarious watching it now, but back then I took it very seriously!

Did you hear about Gil Gerard, the actor who played Buck? Apparently he got HUGE and then got the gastric bypass to fix it- his story’s been on the Discovery channel I think …
