Each year, a portion of the proceeds from the Emerald City Writers’ Conference book fair goes to support DAWN (Domestic Abuse Women’s Network). For 2013, they’ve partnered with Barnes & Noble as the vendor, which means readers who are unable to attend the book fair in person will still be able to have a portion of their purchase go toward DAWN. If a reader purchases a book by a participating author does so either in a B&N store or online, DAWN will receive a donation.
Titles purchased in a Barnes & Noble store from October 19th-October 25th and titles purchased at www.bn.com from October 19th-October 30th will have a portion of the sale donated to DAWN.
