I’m currently re-reading Darkfever by KMM. I initially read it last year and didn’t really enjoy it (due to super high-expectations and all the hype?) but second time’s the charm now that I know what to expect. :)

I just finished High Risk, by Vivian Arend, which I picked up after hearing about it here. I loved how strong the main characters were, both physically and mentally, and I thought the search and rescue aspects seemed authentic. Personally, I would’ve liked more action, like some details of searches, and less getting nekkid, but that’s just me.

I loved the book The Farm. Its a great book for those that are into vampires. Instead of the usual books in the young adult section about vampires being these sensual glamorous beings this book is about the complete opposite. The author creates a dystopian world where vampires are in control and whats left of the human race has become a survival of the fittest.
~Great book for those into dystopian futures!

I also powered through the Dairy Queen series by Catherine Gilbert Murdock (these are pretty awesome realistic YA/coming-of-age stories, definitely worth a look if you like that type + sports). And now I’m just finishing up A Natural History of Dragons by Marie Brennan (which is pretty great, although not as great as I had hoped).
