Sony Reader eBook Sales Outpace Sony Music Sales
Sony is bullish on the eReader. According to the AP via Mobile Read, Sony Reader sales are better than expected and that Sony is planning to release a new Reader this year. Hopefully with better software and better controls and maybe an integrated light?

I’d buy one in a flash if it was backlit and I didn’t have to hassle with altering my entire ebook backlist so I could read them as well.
