Sometimes You Have to Sell ALOT to get on the Bestseller...

According to Book Standard, the following top three books sold more than 100,000 units (as compared to last week when the only two of the top five sold over 100K units). Last week, if you sold more than 50K, you were deemed a success. This week? Diets, Spark, and Roberts are holding you down.

  • You: On a Diet: The Owner’s Manual for Waist Management by Dr. Michael F. Roizen and Dr. Mehmet Oz(147K)
  • Dear John by Nicholas Sparks (112K)
  • Valley of Silence by Nora Roberts (embarrassing third place at only 104K)

Jane Litte is the founder of Dear Author, a lawyer, and a lover of pencil skirts. She self publishes NA and contemporaries (and publishes with Berkley and Montlake) and spends her downtime reading romances and writing about them. Her TBR pile is much larger than the one shown in the picture and not as pretty. You can reach Jane by email at jane @ dearauthor dot com
