Rupert Murdoch and the Bancroft Family Meet to Discuss Merger
The idea of Rupert Murdoch owning the Wall Street Journal is enough to put shivers down the back of any one in search of “fair and balanced” news but that reality might come sooner than we think. Rupert Murdoch is in talks with the Bancroft Family to have News Corp. (parent corporation of Harper Collins, Fox and the like) purchase Dow Jones & Company (parent corporation of The Wall Street Journal).
