iTunes Sales Are Way Up Says Steve Jobs
The Macworld Keynote is taking place right now. Steve Jobs said that contrary to published reports, iTunes is doing phenomenally well, surpassing Amazon to be the #4 retailer of music in the market. Next up is Target, the #3 retailer. iTunes sells 58 songs a second and has sold 50m TV shows and 1.3m movies. Via Engadget.

They also announced the new cell phone, which I’m sure my husband will be one of the first owners. He’s already directed me to the apple website for viewing.

I am all over that one. I was just crowing to Ned that my contract comes up in May for Verizon. I’ll be cancelling that in a nanosecond.
