FictionDB used to cost money to see entire backlists of authors and take advantage of its 200,000+ book database. As of Tuesday, May 20, 2008, the entire database is free. This site contains a comprehensive backlist of over 50,000 authors. It tracks upcoming releases.
There is still a subscription service that offers the following services:

I just looked up Nora Roberts’ bibliography. Fiction DB has her at 164 titles published since 1981.
Stephanie Laurence: 37 since 1992.
Loretta Chase: 17 since 1989.

FictionDB is without doubt a great source, I have been using it for years. However, during that time I have also come upon quite a number of mistakes, especially where the genre and time period was concerned.

I started subscribing to Fiction DB in early 2007. I love this site. I have entered all the books that I recorded on paper that I have read.
The lists for series romances are a great source. Every book that I had read is not in the database, but I can email the site about them.
