Chuck Norris to Engage Penguin in Fight

159240344101mzzzzzzz.jpgAuthor Ian Spector wrote “The Truth About Chuck Norris” based on an internet chainmail of mythical facts featuring Norris. I.e., factoid no. 1 is “Guns don’t kill people. Chuck Norris kills people.”

Norris is unhappy about the publication of this book and has sued Penguin, the publisher of the book, because it portrays Mr. Norris as engaging in racist, lewd or illegal activities. Because the title is “The Truth About…”, Norris alleges that readers will be misled about the veracity of the facts like “Chuck Norris is the reason why Waldo is hiding.

The suit is premised on trademark infringement, unjust enrichment and privacy rights.

I suggest Chuck reads the suit of Falwell v. Hustler.
