Basically, Amazon will refund the difference between the price you paid and the lower price on its own website within 30 days of the purchase. A third party website makes it easy to track these price declines. Refund Please needs your ISBN# or ASIN# (if it is not a book), the price you paid, the date, and your email and it will track the item for you.
