I can’t believe Pushing the Limits and A Lady Awakened are probably going to go out in the first round. And we haven’t even gotten to what I considered the most brutal of the first round match-ups yet. DABWAHA woe. I haz it.

@library addict: I am so bummed to see A Lady Awakened out so quickly. It was my favorite romance of the year last year. I haven’t read Pushing the Limits but while I thought its competitor, The Fault in Our Stars, was very well-written, I’m one of the few who didn’t love love love it.

I picked A Lady Awakened to win the tournament. Guess I’ll need that second chance bracket.

The first round was so difficult, I too loved A Lady Awakened, but it’s tough to beat Courtney Milan. The novella catagory is the one that’s killing me, and again CM will probably go up against herself in the last round.

This is the first time I haven’t gone completely under on the first set. While set two doesn’t appear to be going my way, I’m still alive, which has never happened before.

I’m also doomed from the first round, first match. I loved A Lady Awakened with such a passion that I’m desolate to see it go down. Brutal is a good word, yep.
