The Georgette Heyer offer? Not in the UK. Sad. I do have a complete collection, including some first editions, but I’d love to recommend her wonderful books to friends while they’re on offer.

Uglies is close to brilliant. It’s also a surprising and unexpected story because of how things turn out for Tally and Shay. Westerfeld succeeds in making teenage dystopian scifi both believable and fresh, as well as horrifying. I’ve read Pretties, the second book, and will have to check out Specials to see how it all ends.

@Darlynne: And don’t forget Extras – Tally and at least one other character from the Uglies trilogy appear briefly in that one. It’s been a while since I read all the books, but I remember really enjoying them. I keep meaning to read his steampunk books, but haven’t gotten around to them yet.

I was so excited to read about the Georgette Heyer books but alas, yet again this offer doesn’t apply to non-US residents. I’m in New Zealand, and I’d have to pay the full price on Amazon etc. Might have to check direct with Sourcebooks, as last time I only tried Amazon & ARe.
And I’ve been meaning to read the Uglies trilogy ever since I bought it for my daughter. Thanks for the reminded! *heads downstairs to pinch it from daughter’s room*

Sourcebooks only has the rights for the US and Canada so unless you get lucky and find somewhere that the geo restrictions are set wrong I don’t think you’ll be able to get in on the deal unfortunately.
I believe Random House has the rights in the UK, AU and NZ.

Uglies is well worth picking up. It’s an interesting idea and a pretty good series, although I didn’t love the third book. (Or the Steampunk series, but that’s another post.)
