- Sharon Cullars, author of Again, is suffering from the economic downturn. See more at Karen Scott’s website.
- Leslie Kelley is launching her alterego’s website, Leslie Parrish, and her dark romantic suspense offerings.
- A number of Latina authors are starting a blog tour and you can get the details at Caridad Ferrer’s site. (come on, click a little. It’s not like you have anything better to do on a Friday evening, right?). The first author up on the tour is Misa Ramirez, author of Living La Vida Lola. Am not sure whether the book comes with a hip shaking Ricky Martin or not.

That Fade to Black book looks good.
Because it confused me, I’ll paste the direct link at Caridad Ferrer’s LJ for the relevant post:

Living La Vida Lola has one of the best opening paragraphs I’ve ever read. It’s like a ‘how to grab the reader’ in fifty words or less.
Ann, thanks for posting the link to the post itself. I realized– late last night, of course– that I’d sent Jane the link to the entire blog and if I’m being a Chatty Cathy, as I am prone, then the post would get lost.
And I love that paragraph of Misa’s as well.
Thanks, Ana!!! You made my day!
Misa, Barb, you’re both welcome.
I’ve read FADE TO BLACK. It’s phenomenal. And no, I’m not saying that because Leslie is my best pal. It really is outstanding and I can’t wait for everyone else to be able to read them, too!
