@Marilyn: I also liked Max's book, although I read it after Dan's. Since you love Max's story you will love some of the scenes between Dan and Max in this book, since Max plays a substantial role in the story and is very much present throughout a lot of the book.

@Kalen Hughes: There are problems on both top and bottom, IMO. His fingers look like they are cut off at the first joint, the collar and placket of his shirt are totally wonky, and up close there's some weird stuff going on with his waist near the top of the jeans. And actually, the bottom half looks *better* in this picture than in the RL cover, where the jeans are darker and his left leg (right facing us) looks about the size of his arm. Interesting that they got the erect nipple right, though. ;)

@LJ Greene: Ugh, don't you *hate* having to wait on the ebook?

Good to know this will be worth the wait!

I've read the series and have been looking forward to this release. Of course I have to wait until next week for Fictionwise to release it, but that's another story.

Is it just me, or is there something seriously wrong with that dude's body from the waistband of his jeans down? Photoshop has not been wisely used here . . .

Great review.

Picking up my copies and I mean copies (4) tomorrow for Christmas gifts. I love the entire Bullet Catcher series and sincerely enjoy Roxanne St. Claire's writing style.

My favorite Bullet Catcher was Max Roper. there's a poker scene to die for in Thrill Me to Death.

Another favorite of mine was Hit Reply and her contemporary romances as well.
