I read Driven when it came out and have been impatiently waiting for Hidden. I was dissappointed when I read a review on another blog that gave it a C-.So I was hesitant to start it. My mistake.

I find I have a problem with some futuristics because they get bogged down in descriptions and explanations of this new world that make me forget the story while I try to picture whatever the heck they are describing.

I’m smack in the middle of Hidden and I’m really enjoying it. The writing is so smooth Kenin is descriptive without taking me out of the story, just beautifully written. I feel the same about my “In Deaths”

I read Hidden without having read Driven, and I did feel that I was missing out on a lot; didn't quite understand some things. However, I've since bought Driven, but doubt I'll have time to re-read Hidden after. Have a lovely day! :-)

I had to skip the review part since I’m reading DRIVEN right now (I’m aversive to spoilers), but I just wanted to say thanks for doing the review. Ms. Kenin’s Shomi books are a good find.

I feel you have to read Driven, in order to understand the world and characters in Hidden. And hello, Wizard is one sexy mo fo of a hero in Driven!
Plus the titles are so easy to rememeber. :D
