I wanted to include it in the tournament because it was one of my "best" books of last year, but it does not have enough romance in it to be called a romance. I thought Patricia Briggs' book also was questionable on the romance but stronger so we stuck the Briggs book in the paranormal and the Andrews book with w RE. We had alot of great books in the NWRE section. That was my call.
