I had the privilege to know Ronda, during the time my family lived next door to the Thompson Family. Her son and I where best friends. She welcomed me into her home, as if I where family. Ronda always treated me with up most kindness. I have admired her talent in creating amazing stories. Many times I remember Matt and I asking her how to spell difficult words for our English papers. I know she IS so proud of her son Matt and her wonderful family. In the short time we where neighbors still remains as my fondest memories growing up. May you’re stories continue to be told. I will never forget the only neighbors that actually where true neighbors to my family and I.

I am so sorry to hear of her passing i just read 2 of her books and wanted to read more of them the wildwulfs of londaon books are one of the best books i have read i love them my preys go out to her family so sorry to see her leave us she is a awsome writer and will be missed

I’m a fan of Sherrilyn Kenyon so I had ordered the book Love At First Bite from the library. Wasn’t very impressed with the other 2 authors & almost took it back without readint he last story..then something made me think along the lines of “saving the best for last.” So I figured I should just read it. I was instantly hooked. LOVED the story & came online to find the order of the Wulf stories as I had seen she started a series. I was shocked when I couldn’t find her website & very sad to discover that she passed. So sorry to her family & friends & fans as well. What a great author. I have the Wulf series on order at the library. It will be bittersweet to start & finish them.

Someone had mentioned wanting someone else to finish the series. I just have to say that I think this is not such a great idea. Let’s remember her for the great author she was & not mess with the great works she created….maybe come up with our own version in our heads of what happens in the series, & maybe someday she’ll be able to tell us the rest of the stories herself. ;)

My godmother was Ronda’s cousin. I was told i met her, but only when i was a child and I am not able to remember her. I recently read After Twilight and Call of the Moon. i would like to read the Wild Wulfs of London series. She was an amazing author and I only wish that someday one of her books could be made into a world wide movie so that everyone can know how talented she truly was.

I am so late on this info!! I recently just read the “Wolves of London” series and have been telling everyone how wonderful she is!!
My neighbor is fighting with pancreatic cancer right now, and my heart breaks for what her family went through.
She was an above the spectrum writer and I will miss her stories so so much!!
If her family reads this: then please know she touched so many and will always be missed and remembered. Every time I reread the series I will think how lucky you all were to have her for the short time. Thanks for sharing her with all of us!!

I recently read my first book “Walk Into the Flame” and it was one of the best books I have read. When researching to find more of her book, I found out about her passing. My heart goes out to her family and they will be in my prayers.

i only got the wild wulf series a month or so ago and read all 3 with in a week, i then re-read them as the were incredibly awe-inspiring what a talent to be able to write a book that can capture a persons spirit and propell them into the fantasy so easily, a fantastic imagination.

they have totally brought out the obsessive side of me and i was looking to see when the fourth book was out when i saw the post, it takes a long time to find books that capture my heart as i am afraid as much as i love to read i am also very picky but these books captured me from the very first page and i could hardly bring myself to put them down to go to work.

i will forever re-read these books as they are everything a good story should be, brilliant writing, imagination, sex and mystery, with a splash of action.

these books make ordinary people wish they could write a book as good as this.

I just read “Confessions of a Werewolf Supermodel” and (because I loved it!) was looking online for a sequel when I found the link regarding her death in 2007. What a loss to the literary world and I’m sure to those who knew and loved her!

i wanted to say how sorry i was to hear about rhonda,i read confessions… when it first came out and i had been keeping my eye out for the follow up,only to hear that she had passed away.just found this site and though i would send my love to her family iam sure they still miss her.i will treasure the book i have.

Completed reading Ronda’s novella The Forgotten One in the compilation Love at First Bite. Her writing was so intriguing, I went online to search for more of her work and grew curious why there was no new releases since 2007. I’m saddened to discover the reason was her death. However I’m deeply grateful she spent her time on this world creating wonderful stories that will remain to be discovered, shared, and enjoyed. Thank you.

I just finished Confessions of a Werewolf Supermodel, and like many posters before, went searching for a sequel. I knew I hadn’t seen a new book by her in a year or so, but just figured it was in the works. I never expected to find out she’d passed away. My condolences to her family.

I’m so saddened to hear of her passing. I only recently bought my first book of hers and just finished it. I enjoyed it so much I came online to search her out. How tragic that she was taken so young. My condolences to her loved ones.

No, no more Wulfs of London; she passed away before writing another book…………
I miss her so much, and I miss her e-mail. She was one of the authors that always responded to readers e-mails.At least I am not crying anymore as much. After she passed away everytime I looked at the books, I would break out in tears….

comp newbie 1st time doing this comment thing. checked out “confessions of a werewolf supermodel” last week at my local library, really loved it and was looking to see if she had a sequel. to learn she had passed on is so very sad. i plan to read all her books and i’m sure i will enjoy them. i am however, so very sorry for her family and loyal fans. blessed be.

I was just searching for other books of Ronda’s and have just discovered her death. I read her Wild Wulfs of London series, and am distraught. The literary world has lost a great, giving, kind person. I can’t believe I didn’t find out sooner…

I have just found out the news this is awful to hear. My heart goes out the the family. I just found her wild wulfs of london series and was hoping the series would go on, this is how i found out. I think she needs a remeberance, someone should complete the series. someone who could write as well as she could and who won’t change the stoy line.

I sorry to hear that Ronda passed away.

Most writers become quite attached to the stories they create. They care that the story is told, and that it brings as many readers as possible the same level of enjoyment it brought them.

I think the Wulf series deserves to be completed. At the moment it’s a bit like a beautiful building that’s under construction and waiting to be finished. As it sits, I can see about two to four stories that are waiting to be told.

That’s my two cents anyway.

The profits from any additional books could go towards a scholarship fund for young authors, or into a trust fund so that her decendents can go to college.
