I remember when Gracie burst on the scene and everyone was giving her books AAAA++++ grades. I read Gallant Waif and almost couldn’t finish it. Have never tried another book of hers since. Guess I won’t start back with this one.

Hmm, I was all ready to discuss how writing the perfect kiss is so difficult because if you don’t get it just right the reader will stop ‘feeling’ the story and get distracted and hate it. Same with lovescenes. And there seems to perfect way to please all readers in this area.

Anyway, I couldn’t write a review like this, even if I didn’t like a book. That’s why my reviews are based on factors so the readers can decide for themselves. This business is so subjective.

Oh my what a shame. I loved the second book, the first one was good either but The perfect Stranger was a total let down. I gave it a C+, it was so average, and there didn’t happen anything in it except that they went from A to B to C on their trip to Spain…

I still will read this book but I after the last one I already deleted her from my auto buy list.

I never understood the appeal of this series. I didn’t like the first book, tried the second because so many people “loved” the first one, but found book 2 unreadable, and have no idea whether or not this is book 3 or 4.
